Remodel Sales Designer

Come and GROW with us! We are excited to open our new design center in Issaquah, WA . We need your sales expertise and organizational skills to assist buyers in our design center and develop a customer relationship based business.

You will sell unique home finishes including flooring, counter tops, window coverings, while capitalizing on your positive, “people person” relationship building, customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, building relationships and assisting them with product selections.

  • Presenting and discussing various design product options based upon discovery of the customers’ lifestyle, needs and goals.

  • Prepare customer quotes, process sales, prepare order information and installation notes maintain customer contacts.

  • Adjusting and adapting your professional sales approach with each customer.

  • Delivering top-tier customer service to every customer, building loyalty and referrals.

Experience & Skills:

  • 4+ years of design/sales-related experience in the construction industry.

  • Strong detail and information retention.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • 3-5 years general sales experience and knowledge of project management principles.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with proven ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people both within and outside of the company.

  • Proven track record of working with clients in a consultative relationship.

  • Strong ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and drive to excel while working on multiple projects. Complete tasks with accuracy and strong attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of architectural blueprints and drafting principles.

  • Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this position.

Field Tech

Requires at least four years of flooring field management experience (other building supply experience may be considered); You must be able to read construction plans and have experience in field measurement, flooring installation techniques, moisture testing, staging, and subcontractor management.

Single Family Project Manager

Location Federal Way

CR Floors is  recruiting a Flooring Project Manager for the  company located Federal Way, WA. The Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and anagement of the project cycle for flooring projects by providing direction and coordination of all field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts; ordering materials for all assigned projects; complete any change order estimates; managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle; and securing any unique materials, permits and/or equipment required to complete the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all activities related to assigned flooring projects

  • Ensure proper procurement of  all materials for assigned projects

  • Participate in design, process and sample submittal if required

  • Create and follow a project schedule

  • Coordinate and direct installation teams as needed

  • Attend regular company sponsored training sessions 

  • Ability to be in the field 20% of the time

  • Additional duties required as needed

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience of project management, must be within the flooring industry

  • General knowledge of the industry and/or product channel or the ability to quickly learn

  • Exceptional Computer Skills

  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules

  • Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person)

  • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
